AOA is one of the oldest active Kpop groups right now and I was glad to see that they appeared on at least a couple of year end shows from SBS and MBC this year. They had a rough past couple of years without a lot of activity, just one comeback in 2018 and then Mina leaving the group earlier this year. I'm glad to see that they've had a bit of a resurgence this year. They had their appearance on Queendom with their stellar performances and finally a comeback shortly after with their new mini-album, New Moon. While they didn't get a lot of airtime compared to other more popular groups this year, I was just happy to see them at all.
First up on SBS's special on Christmas Day, we have a pretty standard performance of Come See Me. This was one of my personal favourite songs of this year. The group looks classy and also sexy as hell in their white suits. I'm always in awe of groups that can pull off the sexy look while not wearing clothing that is super revealing.
Finally on Christmas Eve on MBC, AOA once again performed Come See Me. I'm not a huge fan of their outfits here compared to the suits from the previous video but hey, it's AOA so I'll take it.
And finally, AOA had a special dance performance with Celeb Five. This was a bit of fun. I don't have any comments on this so just enjoy the video.
And that's the end of 2019 for AOA. Like I said previously, I'm just happy to see them at all after worrying about their contracts expiring. I hope we see a lot more of them in 2020.
