After a period of uncertainty with all of the controversy surrounding the Mnet music survival shows, we finally have a resumption of activities for the Produce 48 girls. IZ*ONE has finally released their first studio album, BLOOM*IZ, with the title track, Fiesta. This album was supposed to be released in the latter part of 2019 but a report came out that exposed the vote rigging that had occurred during past Mnet shows which included all of the previous Produce series and Idol School. This caused the postponement of the album until the investigation came to its conclusion. While it's unfortunate with what happened about the disbandment of X1 due to the controversy, IZ*ONE has fortunately survived and were finally able to make their comeback.
